Letters bureaucrat from prison: "For that fought for it and ran"

For 11 months the ex-Deputy head of the city of Minsk Andrey Domoratsky is in custody. He was charged on three corruption counts: bribery, abuse of power and abuse of power. As noted, the relatives of the accused published the content of the letters he received from him. They argue that the defendant not pleaded guilty on the above-mentioned paragraphs of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and does not intend to do so in the future, because in contrast to the Prosecutor's office believes the damage is so significant.

According to the statement of the investigating prosecutors, the organization of criminal groups were involved in dozens of authorized persons at various levels. The leadership of the Main Administration of the Consumer Market (gupr) cover state obligations for the realization of their goals. Financial machinations were involved in educational institutions as well as public institutions and private outlets, such as restaurants and shops. The case of former officials would soon be transferred to court, where in the near future it will be held a series of hearings.
